Our refund and cancellation policy for subscriptions and purchases

Overview

ReportHub is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms for refunds on subscriptions and individual article purchases.

Subscription Refunds

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access to premium content will continue until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
  • Cancellations are not retroactive — we do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Refund Requests

  • Within 7 days of initial purchase: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment. Contact us at support@reporthub.top.
  • After 7 days: Refunds are generally not available for subscription payments after the 7-day window. We encourage you to cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.
  • Renewal payments: Refunds for automatic renewal payments may be considered on a case-by-case basis if requested within 48 hours of the renewal charge.

Individual Article Purchases

Due to the digital nature of our content, individual article purchases are non-refundable once the content has been accessed. If you experience technical issues preventing access to a purchased article, please contact our support team.

Lifetime Membership

Lifetime membership purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the membership has not been used to access more than 3 premium articles. After this period, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@reporthub.top with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address and the transaction details
  3. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in the suspension of your account.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
