ReportHub is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms for refunds on subscriptions and individual article purchases.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation:
Due to the digital nature of our content, individual article purchases are non-refundable once the content has been accessed. If you experience technical issues preventing access to a purchased article, please contact our support team.
Lifetime membership purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the membership has not been used to access more than 3 premium articles. After this period, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
To request a refund:
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in the suspension of your account.
